Hydromobile prides itself on providing full in-house project and manufacturing solutions. Our investment in various machinery and software over time has allowed us to minimise supply chain disruptions and dependence on outsourcing, which in turn provides us the opportunity to focus on providing all-round quality products to all customers for every project.
Our current facility comprise factory and stored space spanning 3 400 square meters, whilst an additional 2 100 square meters factory space is also available for future expansion.
Apart from our dedication to quality products, Hydromobile Projects also boasts a Level 2 BBBEE empowerment level.

Workshop capacity and expertise is of such a nature that we are able to build and deliver powerpacks, even before our competitors have finalised your quote. To ensure a smooth process from the design and manufacturing to functioning on-site, our skilled technicians can seamlessly conduct site installation work to ensure you are up and running the first time around!
Powerpack solutions
In-house expertise and draftsmen are available and utilised on all powerpack manufacturing undertaken, which can include circuit, visual diagrams and data books where required
Custom manifold blocks
Our hydraulic expertise combined with the use both CAD and cavity based fluid technology design software, allows us to cater for unique manifold designs to suit your needs. Partnering with Flucom in Italy as well as other valve suppliers, we are able to offer most solutions requested when it comes to control philosophy and operating controls required. Manifold blocks are manufactured in aluminium, EN8 and cast iron based on client needs.
