Design and drafting
In-house expertise and draftsmen are available and utilised on all powerpack manufacturing undertaken, which can include circuit, visual diagrams and data books where required
Powerpack manufacturing & System installation
Workshop capacity and expertise is of such a nature that we are able to build and deliver powerpacks, even before our competitors have finalised your quote. To ensure a smooth process from the design and manufacturing to functioning on-site, our skilled technicians can seamlessly conduct site installation work to ensure you are up and running the first time around!
System flushing and filtration
From a basic transfer unit, we can manufacture in-house filtration devices that will suit your individual needs and specifications. Sophistication can include electronic particle counters, samplers, high pressure operation and all types of required flushing operations. For the more basic requirement a standard filtration transfer unit is available off the shelf.
Test bench facilities
Our facility is set-up that over-the-counter and walk-in customers can immediately be assisted to test hydraulic valves, pumps and motors to pressure and flow requirements. In addition, we boast an industry leading secondary test-bench equipped with customised software to generate hydraulic component performance on testing.
Power-pack modification and overhaul
No workshop job is too big or too small, from the burnt and rusted units to just the plain refurbishment and testing requirements – we are equipped to quote and repair immediately!
Electro Hydraulic Actuator manufacturing and repair
As an approved manufacturer for various global mining and multi-national engineering groups, our electro-hydraulic actuator meets and exceeds the robust site requirements of any customer. Basic hydraulic training
Our 3 Day Basic Hydraulic course is set-up to provide and equip your employees with the necessary expertise they require on a day-to-day basis, from understanding components, functionality, fault finding and most important the key safety aspects related to the use of hydraulics.
